Toshali Sands in Puri, is situated on the Puri-Konark Marine Drive. The resort offers a tranquil environment amidst lush greenery and is an ideal place for spiritual renewal. A special and inspiring memory for Ananda is that Swami Kriyananda briefly stayed at Toshali Sands during a visit to Puri.

When should I arrive and depart?
The retreat begins on October 8th at 1:00 PM with lunch. Check-in opens at 10:00 AM on the same day, so we recommend arriving early to allow time for check-in and settling in before the program starts. The retreat concludes on October 12th around 9:30 AM, after the final session. Room check-out is at 8:00 AM on October 12th.
The nearest airport is Bhubaneswar (BBI), approximately a 2-hour drive from the retreat center. Puri Railway Station is closer, about 30 minutes away. Taxis and app-based cab services are readily available from both locations. Please plan your travel accordingly to ensure a smooth and peaceful arrival and departure.
Who can come?
Ananda devotees, from India and around the world, are welcome to attend the retreat. This is an in-person retreat with Nayaswami Jyotish and Nayaswami Devi.
Where is the program being held?
The program will be held at Toshali Sands in Puri, situated on Puri-Konark Marine Drive. The resort offers a tranquil environment amidst lush greenery and is an ideal place for spiritual renewal.
Is there a fee to attending the event
Yes. There is a registration fee to attending the event. The fee covers stay and all meals during the program. Travel to and from Puri, and outside of the retreat program flow, is not included in the cost.
Where will I stay?
Resident registrations at Toshali Sands is now closed. However, event registrations remain open with accommodation provided at a nearby hotel.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking? What are the terms of cancellation?
We understand that plans can change and you may need to cancel your booking. Please review the cancellation guidelines below – the same guidelines apply to Toshali residents and day guests for the week.
Before August 31st:
Non-Refundable: ₹6,000
Refundable: Balance amount
September 1st – September 30th:
Non-Refundable: Stay + Retreat fees
Refundable: ₹10,000 only (only food cost refundable)
After October 1st:
No refund
How do I reach Puri?
Puri is a major railway junction and is well-connected to all the major cities. The nearest airport is in the capital city, Bhubaneshwar which is 56 kms away from Puri. You can take a cab to the resort, whether you are travelling by flight or train.
The Spiritual Renewal Week program includes a visit to Sri Yukteswar Ji’s Ashram. Visits to other places of interest in Puri must be arranged separately, outside the program’s itinerary, at your own planning & expense. Please keep a few days before or after Spiritual Renewal Week for this.
When is the last date for registration?

Is Uber or Ola available in Puri?
Ola or Uber do not operate regular taxi services within Puri city. However, they might be available for outstation travel to and from Puri, such as from Bhubaneswar. For getting around Puri, you can utilize auto-rickshaws, cycle-rickshaws, or hire taxis from local agencies or hotel travel desks.
