Kriyananda explains that being well and being radiant don’t necessarily go hand in hand. While encouraging us to take good care of our physical bodies, he emphasizes the greater importance of developing inner radiance. Radiance is a spiritual quality not dependent on physical health. It results from increasing your magnetism.
The closer we get to the divine presence through deeper meditation, the closer we come to being well in body, mind and soul.
